This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the mobile application Darth Pass (the “App”), which is owned, developed, and operated by Beta Investments Global Inc. (“BIG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Policy explains how we handle any data collected or generated by the App when you (“User” or “you”) access or use it.

By using or accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not download, install, or use the App.
Darth Pass is designed in such a way that it does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”). All password generation functionality is performed locally on your device using a SHA256-based method. We do not request, capture, or track any data related to you or your device usage.
We do not employ any analytics or logging tools within the App. Consequently, there is no usage data (such as IP addresses, device information, or user behavior) collected, stored, or shared.
The App serves only to generate unique passwords for your personal use. Any results generated by the App remain on your device and are not transmitted to us or any third party.
Darth Pass does not integrate any third-party services that may collect, store, or process Personal Data. Since the App operates fully offline for password generation, no external requests are made, and no information is shared externally.
Although Darth Pass does not collect or store user data, BIG employs generally accepted security measures to protect the App’s functionality. Because all password generation processes occur locally on your device, we recommend you maintain standard security practices—such as securing your device with a passcode and running up-to-date software.
Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is fully secure. Any actions you take with the generated passwords (e.g., writing them down, storing them in another app) are beyond our control, and you assume the associated risks.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including individuals under the age of 13. Since Darth Pass does not collect personal information, it does not differentiate users by age. If you believe a child under 13 has used our App and may have provided any personal data elsewhere, please contact us so we can address any concerns.
Darth Pass is operated from within Belize. If you access or use the App from a location outside of our operating jurisdiction, please note that we do not transfer data (since no user data is collected). You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent applicable.
We may update or modify this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. The updated Policy will be posted within or alongside the App. By continuing to use the App after an update, you acknowledge and accept the modified terms.
